You are fully accountable for all activity that occurs under your account — including financial transactions — unless you have promptly reported any unauthorised access to our support team.

Platform Usage Rules & User Responsibilities

Payment, Deposit & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the es125 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via officially supported payment methods, including local bank transfers and e-wallets available in Malaysia.
Users are responsible for ensuring that funds used for deposits are their own and have been obtained legitimately. es125 reserves the right to suspend the processing of suspicious transactions for fraud protection and anti-money laundering compliance purposes.
- Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to account tier and the payment method selected.
- Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the selected method and may take up to several business days.
- Any transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the user.

Circumstances that may result in account suspension or closure include:

- Activity indicating the use of bots or unauthorised automation methods.
- Attempting to abuse promotions or bonuses in an unauthorised manner.
- Reports from authorities regarding illegal activity linked to the account.
- Account inactivity exceeding the period specified under the platform's policy.
If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be subject to review before a withdrawal is approved. Users have the right to appeal through es125's official customer support channels.
